Leicester Fight Back to Retake Lead in Championship Race

Leicester City kept their Premier League promotion dream alive with a hard-fought 3-1 victory over Norwich City at the King Power Stadium on Monday.

The win puts Leicester back on top of the Championship table, although their lead could be short-lived as both Ipswich and Leeds United have matches later today.

The Foxes had to come from behind after Norwich’s Gabriel Sara opened the scoring in the 20th minute. However, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall equalized 13 minutes later, sparking a dominant spell for Leicester.

Despite the defeat, Norwich remain in the playoff hunt, sitting comfortably in sixth position.

Leicester’s recent form has been patchy, with just three wins in their last eight matches. However, today’s victory demonstrates their fighting spirit and keeps them well positioned for automatic promotion.
