The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring patient well-being. You’ll collaborate with the healthcare team to provide direct care, coordinate activities, and promote patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health, develop personalized care plans, and work alongside the healthcare team to implement and evaluate them.
- Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and patient education, following established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist physicians and other professionals with procedures and treatments, advocating for patient needs and preferences.
- Document patient care activities, assessments, and interventions accurately and promptly in medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nigeria.
- Strong clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
