Minister Umahi Predicts President Tinubu’s Eight-Year Rule

In a recent interview on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, former Ebonyi State governor and current Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, expressed his conviction that President Bola Tinubu is destined by a divine force to lead Nigeria for a total of eight years. Despite Tinubu being only in his first year of a four-year tenure, Umahi confidently foresees his re-election in the upcoming 2027 polls, emphasizing the divine mandate behind his leadership.

Umahi underscored his belief in Tinubu’s presidency as a divine intervention, stating, “You must know that the coming onboard of Mr. President is divine. When God starts a thing, he completes it.” He further elaborated on the righteousness of Tinubu’s governance, affirming that the administration is aligning with God’s plan for the nation’s restoration.

Highlighting the perceived miracles attributed to Tinubu’s leadership, Umahi emphasized the administration’s commitment to rectifying past wrongs and returning the country’s dignity to its people. He reiterated the government’s mission to reclaim and empower the Nigerian populace, aligning with what he perceives as Tinubu’s purpose in office.

Additionally, Umahi provided updates on infrastructure projects, particularly the repair progress of the Third Mainland Bridge, revealing that 99 percent of the repair work is completed. He assured the public that the bridge would soon reopen once the remaining major tasks are finalized.
