Eid-el-Fitri: Ogun police to erect barriers and patrol flashpoints

The Ogun State Police Command has announced comprehensive security measures to ensure safety and mitigate criminal activities during the Eid-el-Fitri period. In response to potential threats, the command will increase roadblocks and patrols in specific areas across the state. Operatives have been strategically deployed to man-prayer grounds, collaborating with other security agencies to enhance security during the festive period. Commissioner of Police Abiodun Alamutu has instructed supervisory area commanders to provide hourly situation reports, enabling the command to effectively monitor and respond to security challenges throughout the celebrations.
