- Protein: Chicken breasts, thighs, salmon, or tofu.
- Vegetables: Broccoli, carrots, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, or potatoes.
- Seasoning: Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or any seasoning blend you like.
- Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the protein and veggies with olive oil and seasonings on a sheet pan.
- Cooking:
- Spread everything evenly on the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the protein is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
- Serve:
- Enjoy as-is, or pair with rice, quinoa, or crusty bread.
