What’s your favorite truly easy dinner idea?

One of my favorite truly easy dinner ideas is a loaded sheet pan meal. Here’s how to make it:

  1. Ingredients:

    • Protein: Chicken breasts, thighs, salmon, or tofu.
    • Vegetables: Broccoli, carrots, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, or potatoes.
    • Seasoning: Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, or any seasoning blend you like.
  2. Preparation:
    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
    • Toss the protein and veggies with olive oil and seasonings on a sheet pan.
  3. Cooking:
    • Spread everything evenly on the pan.
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the protein is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  4. Serve:
    • Enjoy as-is, or pair with rice, quinoa, or crusty bread.
