How to Reboot a Computer

Rebooting a computer is a simple process that involves restarting the system to refresh its state. Rebooting can resolve various issues like unresponsive programs, slow performance, or applying updates. Here’s how to reboot a computer on different operating systems:

1. Rebooting a Windows Computer

Method 1: Using the Start Menu

  1. Click the Start Button (Windows logo) in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Power from the menu.
  3. Click Restart.
    • Your computer will shut down and restart automatically.

Method 2: Using Keyboard Shortcut

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete.

  3. Select Restart.
